James Losleben

Graduate of Minnesota State University, Mankato, MN. Appointed to the first Mendota Heights Parks and Recreation Board in November in 1969. Ran for City Council position in November of 1972 and won and was sworn in as a City Council member in January 1973. Ran for reelection 2 times and won. Completed City Council service in April 1984. Retired - Senior Vice President of Business Development for a solar system manufacturing company in Minnesota. Presently CEO of Solar Partners, Inc, a Manufacturer’s Representative that sells electrical equipment to electric utilities, i.e., equipment for PV Solar Farms and Electric Vehicle Charging Systems. 49-year resident of Mendota Heights.
